35. Every inspector may, in the performance of his duties, enter at any reasonable time any establishment of a travel agent, examine any document, book, register or account containing information relating to the operations proper to a travel agent and make a note or a copy of it.
Every person having the custody, possession or control of a document, book, register or account contemplated in the first paragraph must, if so required, give communication thereof to the inspector and facilitate his examination of the same.

(a)  require of a travel agent or any person representing that he is a travel agent any information respecting the application of this act;
(b)  enter at any reasonable time the establishment of a travel agent or of any person representing that he is a travel agent, examine any document, book, register or account and take notes or make copy of it.
A person having the custody, possession or control of any document, book, register or account contemplated in subparagraph b of the first paragraph must give communication of it to the inspector or investigator, if he so requests, and facilitate his examination of it.
The inspector or investigator shall, if so requested, exhibit a certificate signed by the president, attesting his authority.

Every person entrusted with the custody, possession or control of such books, registers or accounts must give communication of them to the inspector requesting it and facilitate his examination of them.
An inspector shall, if so required, exhibit a certificate signed by the Minister, attesting his authority.
